I have a long history with Nutcracker. The first professional backstage job I had was working with Ballet Northwest on The Nutcracker at the Washington Center for the Performing Arts in 1986. I then redesigned the Land of the Sweets and Snow scene in 1996 and then redesigned the Party Scene in 2013 and the Land of the Sweets again in 2017.
I am a designer based in Olympia, WA. who uses a variety of media to bring a theatrical flair to unique, whimsical illustrations and graphics for branding, packaging, book covers, children’s books, T-shirts, logos, and posters. Opening a restaurant or retail business in the Northwest? I would be delighted to assist in designing the interior, graphics for signs, website, menus, and provide overall branding services.
